Project Description:

In collaboration with Six Degrees Architects, this multi-residential private and public housing development centres around a central communal courtyard.

The sustainably designed development includes public and private courtyards which encourage both privacy and connection among residents. The outdoor landscaped corridors, large central meeting courtyard, and rooftop produce-garden support residents to engage with neighbours, providing meeting points and relaxation amongst lush greenery. The vibrant internal courtyard features deep green, shady foliage with climbing wires for ornamental vines that soften the concrete façade and provide seasonal variation, whilst recycled brick seating compliments and connects with the street frontage.
