tnla was engaged to provide a small garden area to the rear of this property. Space was an absolute premium. In reinventing the client’s experience of the site a roof terrace was proposed. This proved to double the client’s outside space and to provide a radically different range of possibilities within the   garden. One with city views, an additional living area and a big sky. Later the front garden was reworked to enhance the outlook from the front verandah and also to provide a sense of privacy from surrounding developments.
